  • SSL/TLS — Yes

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) settings:

  • Account type of the incoming mail server – IMAP
  • Username for the same— Here your email address is your username (eg: [email protected])
  • Password – your email account password
  • Your Server hostname — mail.twc.com
  • Server port— 993
  • Required Authentication? — Yes, put the required email account username and password in this prompted field
  • SSL/TLS — Type ‘yes’ in this field

  • Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure – Port: 587 and Security Type: None
  • In the final step, select Done and you are ready to use your email account on your Android phone.

Guide to Configure Roadrunner Email on iPhone (Using IMAP and SMTP Server)

  • Tap on the Settings icon present on your home screen.
  • Now, select on Mail option and go for Accounts.
  • In the next step, select Add Account and click Other from the menu.
  • After this, select Add Mail Account and enter your name, email, and password in the provided space.
  • Then click on Next and select IMAP.
  • Now, scroll down to Incoming Mail Server and type all the relevant details, then pursue the same steps for Outgoing Mail Server as provided-below and click on Next.
  • Make sure that the User Name is the full email address and User Name & Password are the same for both Incoming & Outgoing servers.

  • User Name: Full RoadRunner email address
  • Password: Your email account password
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Secure – Port: 465 for and Security Type: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure – Port: 587 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP) – Port: 25 and Security Type: None
  • Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure – Port: 587 and Security Type: None
  • Authentication: Password of your RoadRunner email address
  • Server Port: 587
